Austin Skeletal Trauma Specialists (ASTS) was founded in 2003 in response to the growing need for advanced Orthopaedic Trauma Care in Central Texas. 

ASTS is committed to providing the highest quality, current fracture care in the region.  Our group consists of three fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeons.  Using the most sophisticated and minimally invasive techniques available, we strive to help patients along their road to recovery, thereby restoring quality of life.
 
At ASTS, we believe in a comprehensive, team approach in caring for the trauma patient.  We work in coordination with the Trauma Services at Brackenridge Hospital, the regions only accredited Level I trauma center, to provide timely fracture care to patients sustaining multiple injuries.
 
We have focused our practice to the operative and non-operative treatment of fractures.  Our philosophy is that through superior resources, relationships, and education we are able to provide the best possible fracture care in Central Texas.
